Macau uses the Macanese Pataca (MOP), though Hong Kong dollars are widely accepted. Cash is still king in many places, but WeChat Pay and Alipay are increasingly accepted. Uber does not operate here . use Amap or MassPlus for taxis.

Pro tip: Set up the international version with your foreign card before arriving.
